Seeking individual able to lead a team ensuring the quality of plastic molded automotive component parts.
Shall:
Design and implement process control, inspection and validation plans.
Develop and integrate new SOPs and revise current operating procedures and processes.
Create and implement training strategies to coach employees on SOP compliance.
Support all activities involved in APQP and PPAP.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Six Sigma application, Green Belt or Black Belt certified individuals a plus.
In-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards for quality manufacturing including TS 16949.
Excellent compensation package to $100,000 with full medical, dental, vision and life insurance. PTO for personal days, vacations and holidays. Pension plan with matched 401(k) and annual performance bonuses.
