We have an immediate opening for a BIM Systems Project Coordinator to work with our BIM/CAD Systems Team to provide BIM project management, quality assurance and technical support for our various Discipline Groups. Job duties will include the development and management of BIM project standards and execution plans; conduct BIM project clash detection and coordination review meetings; provide Revit project design and construction document production assistance for project teams; and provide training and education to project staff.
Specific Qualifications include:
o Associates or Technical Degree with a focus in Computer Graphics for Construction
Or - building systems background with focus on Computer Aided Design
o Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, required.
o Revit Certification, preferred.
o Knowledge in a wide range of design and construction work including MEP, Architecture, Structural and Civil-Survey through education or work experience.
o Excellent communication and organizational skills.
o Willing to travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
