This position (most likely 3rd shift) is a direct hire for a successful and innovative Fortune 100 manufacturing company.
Duties include:
Supervising the Maintenance team to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance;
Directing and assigning weekly inspections and condition based repairs from the master schedule;
Coaching and developing the departmental team to improve performance;
Conducting employee appraisals on a semi-annual basis;
Administrating and adhering to all safety, GMPs, laws and regulation programs;
Ensuring that equipment history, damage code and root cause analysis are completed correctly.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; engineering disciplines preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
3
years of manufacturing experience, food processing or consumer goods industries;
Strong technical aptitude;
Must have union experience;
Proven leadership strength with ability to develop people, assign tasks, coach;
Strong knowledge of food processing equipment maintenance and technology;
Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R);
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD or Visio, Asset & Maintenance Management (AMM), SAP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
