Developing, implementing and managing all Quality Assurance programs and activities;
Establishing and maintaining quality levels of products through sanitation, ingredient, packaging, and quality systems management;
Providing technical expertise and support to ensure compliance;
Using tools such as auditing, process evaluation, trend analysis to achieve continuous improvement and business objectives;
Promoting the culture change towards behavioral safety improvements and supporting SHE compliance;
Assisting to maintain the departmental budget.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or related disciplines preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of Quality Management/Supervisory experience in a major food / CPG industry (PepsiCo, Unilever, P&G), including 2
years of factory QA experience;
Strong knowledge and understanding of food safety, HACCP, GMPs, Allergen Controls, Sanitary design and controls, pest control, basic food regulations, and basic food technology;
Analytical and microbiological lab methods;
Knowledge of Quality systems and principles;
Knowledge of Micro and Hygiene monitoring;
Experience with SAP and Trace software preferred;
Implementation experience on Food Safety and/or Quality programs is strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
