We are looking for a service director in Normal, Illinois to run the fixed operations department of the best brands in the business: Audi, Mercedes, Subaru, Volkswagen, Lincoln and Volvo. Job Description

The job entails:
Hire, train, motivate and monitor performance of all departments personnel.
Implement and inspect all processes are in place.
Ensure timely payment of manufacturer warranty claims keeping the warranty schedule current.
Read, follow, implement, and maintain the manufacturers warranty policy and procedures.
Ensure the staff meets the manufacturers training requirements.
Focus on customer retention by determining a strategic marketing plan, and by communicating with the existing database to maintain the stores goals for active customers.
Maintain a high level of shop cleanliness, equipment repair, and general shop appearance.
Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
Requirements:
5 Years of automotive service management
Proven CSI record
R&R experience preferred
Positive attitude/Outgoing personality
Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
