Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences - Provide personalized recommendations and product demonstrations to enhance the shopping experience - Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer requests and inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized shopping area, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed - Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a personal shopper or similar role - Strong knowledge of retail math and the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales prices - Technical sales skills, particularly in electronics, is highly desirable - Bilingual proficiency in multiple languages is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
