Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.
- Handle legal administrative tasks such as preparing leases, eviction notices, and other legal documents.
- Assist with real estate administrative duties such as property inspections, lease renewals, and rent collection.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting with tenants and prospects.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of tenant information and financial transactions.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, prospects, and tenant communications.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve tenant concerns.
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks related to property management, including lease preparation and eviction processes.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative duties such as property inspections, lease renewals, and rent collection.
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize revenue.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
- Accurate data entry skills to maintain organized records of tenant information and financial transactions.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and tenant communications.
