is an automotive supplier with eight plants in the Midwest area including the United States and Canada.
We assemble wheels and tires in our plants and ship them in sequence to our customers.
We currently have a need for Production Supervisor at our plant in Normal, Illinois.
The production supervisor position is responsible for supervising and providing safe work conditions for shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment.
This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Shift:
Off Shift Hours can be anywhere between 8-10 hours per day, hours and time frames are subject to change due to customer demands.
Saturdays will also be expected as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), good oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency, including MS Office and Excel.
At least one to two years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
Must have valid driver's license to drive Oakley vehicle.
