OverviewChestnut Health Systems' research division, the Lighthouse Institute, is seeking full-time FAIR (Families Actively Improving Relationships) Coaches.

ResponsibilitiesFollows standardized research protocol for conducting assessments and FAIR services with parents and families.
Works with individual and families using FAIR and other behavioral interventions including frequent monitored urinalysis and contingency management, mental health treatment using cognitive-behavioral and behavioral approaches and collaboration with medication providers.
Conducts services in the home and community settings (Some clients are un-housed, and their housing environment is variable), which involves travel within the assigned county.
Provides client transportation for case management appointments and other treatment needs.
Provides case management including participating in child welfare meetings, court appearances, medical/mental health appointments, connecting clients with resources as needed, and supervising parent-child visits.
Completes timely documentation of FAIR services provided, plans for the coming month, and monthly updates to child welfare.
Attends weekly group and individual supervision.
Maintain the average productivity standards (average of 25 hours direct client contact a week), timely and accurate documentation.
Assist in orientation and training of interns and new FAIR coaches.
Assume leadership role as assigned on a regular basis.
Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service.
Maintain and protect confidentiality of all organizational information gained while performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and client information.
Other travel and other duties consistent with qualifications and training.
QualificationsMinimum of either a) Bachelor's degree in human service field with two (2) years experience and obtain Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) or Qualified Mental Health Associates Registration (QMHA) certification within two (2) years of employment; or b) five (5) years of experience and already has a CADC or QMHA-R in good standing with the State of Oregon.
Demonstrate good judgment regarding completing tasks while maintaining personal safety.
Must have a valid driver's license, private automobile insurance and be insurable (when applicable).
Must be willing to provide services in most family homes, good organizational and communication skills and have basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record (EMR).
Preferred experience implementing FAIR or other evidence based clinical protocols, community outreach services, home visiting models of care, working with unhoused or unstably housed individuals, behavioral approach to treatment/ treating families.
Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
