ResponsibilitiesWork independently to monitor and triage help desk tickets and support calls, investigate, troubleshoot and respond within 24 hours to customer needs.
Work independently to provide online, telephone, and e-mail support to clients and staff to set up, maintain and use internally-developed software applications.
Maintain advanced knowledge of websites, databases and hardware for advanced support troubleshooting.
Assist the Network Analyst in maintaining hardware and software, and assist in remote customer site management, when needed.
Provide online, telephone, and on-site training to clients and staff for internally-developed software applications.
Lead and coordinate the activities of other team members in developing, testing and maintaining training and technical documentation products software products.
Work independently and lead the internal testing and quality assurance process for software applications, instruments and reports as needed by members of the Software Development Team.
Train internal and external staff in testing protocols so they can test software as needed.
Maintenance support of Windows Operating Systems including software installs and updates.
Develop and maintain quarterly performance monitoring reportsPromote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service.
Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities.
QualificationsMust meet all the requirements for Software Support Associate II.
Position requires prior experience or education relating to computer hardware, operating systems, applications and networking equipment.
Ability to work independently in a tech support leadership role.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with both non-technical and technical clients, good customer service approach and attention to detail.
Willingness to work varying shifts and on occasion extra hours to meet key project deadlines.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Completion of GAIN Administrator Certification.
Minimum six years' experience working in LI/GCC, demonstrating excellence in providing on-site, online, email and telephone customer support and training to LI-R and LI-GCC clients and staff, for all internally developed software.
Demonstrated ability writing technical documentation preferred.
Willingness to travel to client sites preferred.
Excellent organizational skills are required.
Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
This position can be on-site or off-site and will be ranked based on training and experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
